Michael Guidry

Michael Guidry is recognized worldwide as a leader and innovator in the field of security. Michael has more than 20 years of experience solving security problems for many of the largest and most prestigious companies in the world which has led him to over 90 different countries. As a former Texas State Trooper, Michael received extensive training in hostage negotiations, anti-terrorist techniques and SWAT tactics from the German GSG9, the Italian and Great Britain equivalent and the Korean Armed Forces, as well as training from various U.S. police departments, including Los Angeles, New York and Philadelphia.

He has received a Letter of Commendation from President George Bush and was awarded a Letter of Appreciation from the Korean Consulate General. He has lectured to foreign government representatives at U.S. State Department Symposiums on counter-terrorist measures. He was a security consultant for NBC sports during the 1988 Olympic Games in Seoul, South Korea, the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona, Spain and the 1989 Super Bowl in Miami, Florida. He was responsible for security at the 1994 World Cup in Dallas, Texas. He has been featured in articles in the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times and has appeared on numerous television and cable specials including the Justice Files.
