Shmuel Halevi has over 25 years of experience as an executive and management consultant in the high-tech industry. He is the founder and principal of TurningPoint Associates, a Boston-based consulting company, specializing in the formation and development of technology based ventures. He was previously a partner at Technology Research Group and on the Executive Team at Sytex and iLogix. Shmuel holds a BS in EE from Technion and an MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
