
Ken TepperVP of Engineering
Ken Topper is the Vice President of Engineering for DropFire™, and brings his over 25 years experience building and managing software development organizations to the company.
Prior to joining DropFire™, Ken founded Turning Point Software in 1983 and grew it to become one of the largest independent software development organizations in the industry. Turning Point developed products for most of the leading software publishing firms, including Microsoft, Lotus, Hasbro, Novell and Broderbund. Turning Point was acquired by Metamor in the late 1990's.
Immediately prior to joining DropFire™, Ken was principal and consultant to several ongoing and startup businesses, including Director of Technology at Emotion Mining Company and Vice President of Software Development at Atlas Web Works. Ken has held part-time faculty positions at Northeastern University and personally authored software programs for Mattel and Apple Computer. Ken received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and an MS and Ph.D. from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
