Allen is a former Senior Partner of Horwath & Horwath International, and Of-Counsel to Grant Thornton where he served as Managing Partner to numerous high technology companies including Lotus Development, Cabletron, Funk Software and FTP Software. Allen founded First Micro Group, one of the first personal computer training and consulting companies and he was a Founding Director of the Boston Computer Society. For the past 15 years, Allen served in senior executive positions and provided business/management/financial/marketing consulting services to a number of leading technology-based companies. Allen holds a BS in Business Management from Northeastern University.
