BLAZE™ 2.0's application engine processes configurable application definitions tailored to specific industry usage requirements. These definitions (which are configured visually in a studio tool, as described above) map out logical data flows, describe user interfaces, and connects to integrated and interoperable data sources.
BLAZE Dispatch - Disparate database information is analyzed in real-time to provide recommendations of the appropriate course of action for a particular event depending on what resources within a region are available, where they are located, and their associated skill sets.
BLAZE Messages - Accesses internal email systems. Sends and recieves notifications from dispatch, supervisors and/or intelligence units.
BLAZE Alerts - Automated distribution of image-rich alerts - BOLOs, Stop & Holds, Amber Alerts, etc. Able to broadcast to multiple disparate databases for multi-agency information sharing and collaboration.
BLAZE Search - Queries local, state & federal databases for warrant sweeps and investigations returning responses on one screen. Scours state and federal "Most Wanted" web sites. The built-in proxy server limits browser's ability to move beyond allowed URLs ensuring users cannot enter non-permitted sites.
BLAZE Forms - Search data is available to be automatically populated to the appropriate form. The form and report management tool is a flexible system that can digitize any form and form handling process and/or work with existing record management systems. All forms are able to be started and saved in each user's personal virtual "workspace". Once complete and validated by the system, the user can submit it to the RMS or to the supervisor's "workspace" for final approval.
BLAZE Maps - Street and satellite maps are made available for navigation and coordinating response. Data is also pooled and visually displayed for detectives to map crime patterns and prevent repeat offenses.
