Previously as VP/GM at General Dynamics he established the Wireless Services group as a first tier competitor in turnkey network deployment providing services to the wireless carriers, OEMs, tower companies and the public safety community. At Z-Tel, a UNE-P based carrier, he developed a bundled strategy to add wireless to their wireline and long distance service offerings. At GTE Wireless Dick had several positions including VP Marketing and Sales and VP/GM New Ventures. Dick has an MSEE and PhD from Stanford University and a BSEE from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
